These terms apply to services offered by Cloudsaasintegrators (“we”, “us”) via cloudsaasintegrators.digital and related communications. By requesting or purchasing services you agree to these terms.

Services

We provide professional consulting for privacy-safe app analytics, including workshops, instrumentation support, reporting, and compliance reviews. Scope, fees, and timelines are confirmed in a written proposal or statement of work before work begins. Website pricing is informational only and does not create a binding offer.

Client responsibilities

You will provide timely access to relevant stakeholders, systems, and documentation needed to perform the engagement. You remain responsible for final decisions on what data your applications collect and for obtaining any consents required under applicable law.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you own the deliverables created specifically for you (such as event catalogues, reports, and configuration notes). We retain ownership of our pre-existing methods, templates, and know-how. We may reuse anonymised, non-confidential patterns in future work.

Confidentiality

Each party will keep confidential information received from the other secure and use it only to perform the engagement, unless disclosure is required by law.

Payment

Invoices are payable within 14 days unless otherwise stated. Late amounts may pause delivery. We do not process online card payments on this website.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by UK law, our aggregate liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for regulatory outcomes that depend on your implementation choices after delivery.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers in Scotland or Northern Ireland may bring claims in their local courts where required by law.
