Briefing stakeholders on privacy-bound metrics

Executives want clarity. Privacy constraints need not mean vague slides.

Lead with the decision: ship the new onboarding, pause a feature, or investigate a region. Then show the privacy-safe metric that informs it.

Explain what you intentionally cannot see. Trust rises when leaders understand the trade-off instead of discovering blind spots mid-meeting.

Use release windows and cohorts, not individual anecdotes. Stories belong in research interviews, not analytics exports.

Keep a glossary. “Active”, “retained”, and “converted” mean different things across product, growth, and finance.

End with one recommended action and the next measurement date. Dashboards without deadlines gather dust.
